DAY 1
Connect
After attendee arrivals and hotel check-in, we will kick off the summit with an evening welcome reception featuring drinks, heavy appetizers, and plenty of time to connect with other customers and the Gravitate team.
DAY 2
Learn
The day opens with Gravitate's vision for the future of the fuel supply chain, an exclusive look at our product roadmap, and customer panels. The afternoon shifts to hands-on Crossroads Labs, live demos, roadmap feedback sessions, and time with our Product and Solution Engineering teams. We'll close with a reception and hosted dinner.
DAY 3
Experience
Attendees will choose from group activities, which which will include surfing, golfing, a visit to the Kennedy Space Center, and deep-sea fishing. We plan to reconvene for a casual lunch before afternoon departures.

Mike Scharf opens with the forces reshaping the fuel supply chain and what they mean for your business. Then see what’s next from Gravitate across supply, dispatch, pricing and selling, including two major announcements revealed live.
MIDDAY
Four segments, one conversation
A refiner, wholesaler, retailer and carrier take the stage for a candid conversation about what’s changing, what’s still hard and where automation is actually making a difference.
AFTERNOON
Breakouts, then hands-on in the Product Lab
Choose the conversation most relevant to your business, then take those ideas into the Product Lab for hands-on sessions with the people building Gravitate. Senior leaders can also join Mike Scharf for an executive roundtable.
LATE AFTERNOON

Awards dinner and industry keynote

ACTIVITY 01
Surfing
Learn to surf where Florida surfing was born. Cocoa Beach is the East Coast's surf capital, and you'll be riding its waves alongside local instructors and Gravitate's own Tom Hunt. Boards and wetsuits provided. Beginners welcome, no experience needed, just a willingness to get wet.
ACTIVITY 02
Golfing
Tee off on a championship Space Coast course with ocean breezes, palm-lined fairways, and plenty of time to talk shop between holes.
ACTIVITY 03
Kennedy Space Center
Go behind the scenes at NASA’s launch headquarters, from the Rocket Garden to Space Shuttle Atlantis, just 30 minutes up the coast.
ACTIVITY 04
Deep Sea Fishing
Charter out of Port Canaveral with seasoned local captains; chase mahi, snapper, and king mackerel, and come home with bragging rights.
TRAVEL & HOTEL
Fly into Orlando (MCO)
Orlando International Airport is the closest major hub, served by every major carrier, with nonstops from most of the country. Please arrive by 4pm on January 26th.
An easy 50-minute drive
Rental cars and rideshares run straight down FL-528 from MCO to Cocoa Beach. Shuttle details will be shared with registered attendees.
Everything happens on-site
